Prerequisites and Essential Functions
experience in developing enterprise software for 4 to 6 years. software
could be a combination in one or more the following areas:
* distributed web collaboration systems
* enterprise client server systems
* product data management systems for integrations.
* web or java front end ui development for desktop applications
or
* browser based clients for commercial software.
Hands on experience of 3 to 5 years in one or more of the following technological areas
* OBJECT ORIENTED DESIGN PRINCIPLES AND DESIGN PATTERNS
* JAVA, C# DEVELOPMENT.
* XML SYSTEM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (PROCESSES, SOCKETS, IPC, SUN RPC,ETC.)
* USAGE OF COMMERCIAL APPLICATION SERVERS (WEBLOGIC, WEBSPHERE,IPLANET)
* WEB TECHNOLOGY: JAVA, SERVLETS, APPLETS, JSPS, ACTIVEX
* EXPERIENCE WITH FILE TRANSFER AND NETWORKING PROTOCOLS AND A
* VARIETY OF WINDOWS/UNIX/LINUX OPERATING SYSTEMS IS PREFERRED.
* responsibility for developing key aspects in any of the areas described above in the previous position
* exposure to teamcenter development is an advantage.
