DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Acting as a SAP Project where you will lead SAP Core Implementation teams through the technical specifications, development and testing in support of applications software for global IT organization; (2) “Hands-on” leadership in support and service of IT solutions meaning this position provides technical SAP leadership and direction for assigned projects; (3) Estimating, planning, developing and delivering development activities in support of multiple projects; (4) Frequently interfacing with business end-user and IT management to ensure that business requirements are met through proper system configuration; (5) Leading system development and support activities to meet needs in a timely and cost effective manner while ensuring that these activities are in compliance with internal policies and procedures; (6) Work estimates and plans, resource planning and control, status reports, and preparation of annual budget(s); (7) Translating functional business requirements into application systems or processes to meet business needs through knowledge of system design procedures; (8) Defining system strategies, analyzing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical technical solutions in a timely manner as dictated by departmental/organizational deadlines; (9) Configuring, customizing, deploying and maintaining assigned applications.
