Overview
The Installation and Removal aspect of Threshold's business is critical to ensuring ATM machines are installed in a timely manner with a “plug-and-play” philosophy. Threshold ATMs are operating all across Canada requiring a proven ability to successfully manage vendors for outsourced services.
This fast paced, dynamic position, reporting to the Manager, Operations Administration, is primarily responsible for coordinating Threshold's installations, moves, changes and removals, and ensuring that customers' expectations are met at all times. This requires developing strong relationships and liaising with internal departments, vendors and 3rd party service providers to ensure all aspects are covered and superior service is provided.
Specific Responsibilities
• ATM installation, move and removal scheduling, for individual and groups of ATMs, liaising with various internal departments and 3rd party service providers
• Obtain pricing quotes and audit invoices received for services required by 3rd party vendors
• Arrange for ATM communication line orders and installations
• Coordinate project logistics with Account Representatives and sites
• Coordinate ATM preparation and all necessary QA and testing prior to shipping, including final sign off prior to shipping units to site
• Troubleshoot issues for installations, moves, changes and removals, responsible for all projects through to the first successful transaction
• Maintain the Asset Manager system to track all ATMs, including hardware, software, customizations, peripheral devices, etc.
• Manage Threshold's ATM inventory
• Maintain a schedule for installations, moves, changes, removals, etc.
• Conform to company's quality and change management systems
• 3rd party vendor management
• Provide support to the Technical Operations department, as required
• Other duties as assigned
