The Campaign Execution Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing team, driving the execution, and measurement for all LogiXML lead generation programs and campaigns. This role will design marketing strategies, implement them on a campaign-by-campaign basis and track them to ensure optimal lead generation. If you can make qualified leads go up and average lead cost down, you'll be our hero.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, General Business, Liberal Arts or Communications with commensurate experience in marketing positions.
Web-savvy. Experience and familiarity with CRM tools. Creativity and attention to detail. You'll need to be an artist and a scientist at the same time.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Designing marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Implementing them on time and on task
Working with the lead-qualifiers to constantly improve the quality of leads
Tracking the performance of your campaigns and presenting your findings to your manager and the CEO
Working with your team-members to improve search-engine rankings--also with a goal of generating more leads
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years experience in campaign management, lead generation, program/campaign development, and marketing communications for enterprise IT solutions. Desire to collaborate, build concensus in a team environment and support an "all hands on deck" approach as necessary. Additionally, the candidate must have strong communication skills, marketing communications programs, and project management experience. Experience in marketing enterprise application software products and/or services are ideal.
