Overview
TP Systems' IT staffing division brings experienced IT professionals together with BC based hiring organizations on a full-time and contract basis. One of our well established clients is currently seeking a Senior IT Lead to work out of Victoria. This is a leadership role rather than hands-on.
The lead will be considered to be the primary point of contact assigned to the project and will play an active role in the design and implementation of the system and its components. All administrators will report to the team lead. The lead will also provide technical guidance to stakeholders, temporarily assigned to the project.
Skills and Experience:
Experience with Desktop/Network support and administration in a Microsoft environment.
Prior experience leading a desktop/infrastructure deployment team
Good Analytical and decision making skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid windows skills (windows environment) and preferably Vista experience
Familiarity with office products
Experience managing licenses
Experience scripting s/w packaging using MSI
Familiarity with registries.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
