Description: DATA ADMINISTRATOR AND WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN for Renewable Energy Systems Americas, Inc. (RES-Americas), an expanding Wind Energy company based in Broomfield, Colorado. MUST be willing to travel. Office location is Broomfield, Colorado.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Reception of data from deployed instrumentation systems including remote logging systems.
2) Processing and Quality Control (QC) of the data from these sites and the reporting of irregularities in the data.
3) Upkeep and administration of a field measurement database including entering of tower installation sheets.
4) Requisitioning of instrumentation and parts and maintenance of the inventory including filing of supporting documentation (e.g. calibration certificates).
5) Maintain and manage the RES instrumentation workshop
6) Help with wiring instruments and data loggers when needed
7) Heavy usage of Access and Excel.
8) Occasional travel to project sites under development which requires ability to work alone in an outdoor environment at remote locations.
9) Employees must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess an appropriate valid driver's license, possess personal insurance coverage, and have an acceptable driving record.
10) Responsible to ensure SAFETY requirements must be met.
11) Stay current with professional and industrial best practices.
12) Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors.
13) Regular attendance is an essential requirement of the job.
14) Follow any other job-related duties/functions requested by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Detail oriented in all aspects of the position.
2) Strong Access and Excel skills.
3) ABILITY TO TRAVEL on short notice.
4) Must have current passport or be able to obtain a passport within 2 months of hire.
EDUCATION:
An education in a technical discipline, or other appropriate technical experience
