CPG currently has an opening for a Director of Quality Assurance & Internal Audit at our Tempe, AZ operating location. Reporting to the President and Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for all principle auditing activity for the Company, including, but not limited to:

Quality Assurance
• Promotion Quality Audit
o Promotion life cycle: set-up to invoice to close-out
o Compliance auditing with client contracts and CPG procedures
o Promotion data accuracy
? Launch sheet quality
? Set-up and IT programming accuracy
? Data entry instruction
? Data entry quality
o Exception auditing and resolution
o Fraud Audit
• Special projects and analysis

Internal Audit
• SAS 70: annual reporting, year round compliance
• Company wide internal controls, IT general controls
• Information technology security
• Internal Audit process and reporting
• Internal control assessment
• Annual Internal audit program
• Operational audits of controls and procedures

Security
• Facility security
• Monitoring systems, analysis and reporting
• Information technology security

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Certification in Internal Audit required (CIA, CISA and/or Certified Fraud Examiner)
• Three to five years of internal, operational audit experience
• Experience with client presentations and executive staff reporting
• Staff management and supervisory experience
• Proficient in desk top PC tools, Word, excel, PowerPoint, Access, flowcharting software, automated auditing software tools
• Knowledge of data base structure and management
• Proficient in business process design and analysis, preparation of flowcharts and operating procedures
• Experience in having applied relevant technical knowledge in at least one of the following: (a) internal audits; (b) SAS 70 audits, and (a) Sarbanes-Oxley
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Occasional domestic and international travel required

• Uses current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
