looking for a mid-level person (3-5 years of DW experience) who can be a "jack of all trades". This person would be helping to build the data warehouse, do ETL work, report development, etc. Ability to work well with users and communicate is key. Realizing that most candidates do not have DW architecture, ETL, Reporting and Analysis tools experience, the ideal candidate would be "willing to learn" what they don't have. Want to get someone onsite and see how they work with in the group.
