We are currently looking for a SAP Project Manager to help with our global implementation of SAP.
In this exciting role, you will work in beautiful Holland, Michigan. (Just a 3 hour drive from Chicago!) You would lead a cross-functional team of resources to plan, organize, and implement systems and processes to support implementation of Systems, Applications, Processes (SAP) Enterprise system. You may manage multiple projects simultaneously. You would ensure project deliverables meet business objectives within planned schedule and budget. You would develop understanding of integration requirements, as well as options/alternatives for addressing integration issues. You would assess program performance reports and information to detect and resolve issues and direct corrective action to address gaps, as required.
We value learning through education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ten years project team member experience, including five years team leadership. Experience must show progression of increasing complexity of project team assignments.
• Excellent inter-personal, team-building, and written skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization.
• Ability to provide reports and make presentations.
• Skilled at addressing and resolving behavior problems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Travels overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
• SAP Project Management experience preferred.
