The Revere Group is growing our Organizational Change Management practice and looking for talented professionals to add to our Instruction Design/Training team. The Organizational Change Management practice helps clients prepare for, integrate and sustain changes that help drive stronger performance through business and technology improvements. Our services include areas such as Change Management strategies, Communications, Leadership Development, Training/Learning Solutions and Organization Alignment/Design.
We are currently looking for full-time Instructional Designers/Trainers with experience with Oracle, PeopleSoft and/or SAP. These individuals will be responsible for planning, development and delivery of training and support programs for large-scale ERP implementations. Specific responsibilities include:
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment to identify and develop the appropriate blended-learning strategy for each project
- Interview client and/or Revere subject matter experts to understand changes/impacts by role to incorporate into training content
- Design and develop role-based training materials that combine system, process and policies with exercises/practice to ensure effective learning
- Utilize training tools such as Oracle/PeopleSoft UPK, RWD, Captivate or other similar tools Test and pilot training materials
- Develop and coordinate training logistics plans
- Conduct train-the-trainer efforts to prepare instructors for training delivery
- Deliver and coordinate training and assess learning effectiveness
- Develop post-implementation training/sustainment strategies to ensure ongoing learning and knowledge transfer
- Depending upon level, the candidate may also be involved in leading the overall training efforts for a project, as well as involved in pre-sales and sales efforts.
Candidates need knowledge and practical experience implementing effective training programs either as an external consultant or internally as part of a corporate learning organization. Qualified candidates will have:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in instructional design/training on large-scale ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Ability to identify training needs and develop blended-learning strategies
- Highly developed skills in training design, development and delivery using tools such as Oracle/PeopleSoft UPK, RWD, Captivate or other similar tools
- Background in adult learning theory that drives practical, effective instructional design approaches and skills
- Experience in functional or behavior-oriented training
- Experience and ability to facilitate training sessions
- Experience using Leaning Management Systems and/or Learning Content Management Systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to travel
