Business Systems Analyst/Developer with in depth expertise in defining and supporting Oracle Order Management. Requires both detailed and hands on functional and technical expertise (including PL/SQL, SQL).
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Primary focus for supporting, enhancing and delivering projects in Oracle Order Management, with a strong background in invoicing, AR and customer file. Experience in Optio is a plus.
2. Focus in credit card processing, tax and overall credit and collections.
3. Partner with users in defining and developing requirements documents for both enhancement requests and new projects. Consult, investigate, research and provide alternative solutions to business problems. Identify gaps and areas for optimization.
4. Translate the user requirements into functional specifications and author the technical specifications. Conduct walkthroughs of the requirements documents
5. Create design specifications and configure the system. Conduct design reviews as appropriate.
6. Develop technical specifics and designs and code and unit test the solutions.
7. Provide Oracle application end user support and training for implemented functionality. Ensure prompt resolution, documentation, coordination and communication for issues.
8. Member of a truly global team supporting global supply chain (Order to Cash) specifically the Customer Service organization.
Experience & Skills:
1. BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.
2. Requires hands on technical and functional implementation expertise (5+ years) with Oracle Order Management and/or AR/AP. Must be experienced in all phases of implementation of Oracle enterprise applications (11.5.9 or 11.5.10)
3. Requires strong in depth functional understanding of Order Entry.
4. Strong background designing and developing programs (PL/SQL), Forms, interfaces and Reports.
5. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
6. Solid experience with Oracle's AIM or other ERP implementation methodology is required.
7. Team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
