We are currently seeking Business Analyst and System Analyst professionals for regular full-time, independent contractor, and contract-to-hire opportunities.
Candidates need to be experienced in the business process analysis, specializing in either IT Business Analysis or Systems Analysis as follows:
• Business Analysis -- Proficient in the translating business process designs through the formulation and definition of functional requirements. Also, understands and translates the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution.
• Systems Analysis -- Proficient in performing the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements that in turn, create the developed specifications of an IT solution.
Skills/Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and document detailed requirements for a project.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions.
• Experienced in conducting a gap analysis for the “as-is” and the “to-be” states of the business process.
• Ability to create use cases to clearly communicate the captured requirements to the business users and development teams.
• Analytical ability to understand functional requirements and determine their impact to business objectives.
• Ability to identify and highlight deviations between current and to-be states and effectively communicate them to the primary stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a project manager to put together project plans, work breakdown structures and deliverables for overall solution delivery.
• Ability to manage requirements volatility, identifying scope changes and initiating change management processes and reprioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to define the capabilities that an IT solution must perform in support of the user's needs.
• Ability to create structured and disciplined test plans to ensure product quality, work with business users to develop user acceptance test plans, and facilitate the testing process.
• Experience in working with MS Office.
• Experience in working with MS Project.
• Experience in working with Visio.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Four (4) years of experience in a related IT profession, including two years of experience in Solutions Analysis, preferably with undergraduate studies in computer science management information systems, business administration, or a related field.
