.NET WEB DEVELOPER

Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 years of experience. The Web Developer will report to the Director of IT.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This full-time position will be responsible for designing and developing business-critical e-commerce websites and web-based systems. In addition candidate will:
• Provide technical leadership in the software development process.
• Support existing web-based applications.
• Work well with other developers and project team members.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks/projects.
• Work with project owners in obtaining function requirements.
• Conform to corporate SDLC project management methodology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 4 years experience in developing software applications, integration of web-enabled software products and databases in a variety of technologies, including ASP.Net, VB.Net, ASP, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server (including stored procedures and triggers).
• Strong programming background with a focus on ASP.Net/SQL development and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills.
• Self-motivated, works well with team or individually.
Specific experience with one or more of the following is also a plus:
• Client/Server programming;
• Interface and controls design and development;
• ASP.Net 2.0 development;
• E-commerce or EDI applications; and
• MS SQL Reporting Services;
