Responsibilities for the Java Developer include:
* Developing common gateway framework into Webfolio
* Creating and maintaining unit tests ensuring that the access logic library is correct and removing the testing liability of access from individual applications
* Maintaining and administering Webfolio application
* Working to identify and correct bugs
* Writing and supporting Unit testing
* Developing customized extracts and views from Webfolio
* Integrating Webfolio with other client applications
* Writing and maintaining application documentation
* Training and supporting Webfolio users
* Working with .Net and Java applications
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of Java programming experience
* Experience in Financial Services
* Mid-level understanding of software design principles
* Experience using Spring, Hibernate, Ant, Junit, CVS or other source control systems
* Experience with source management (branching, tagging, etc.)
* Experience with Build Management using Ant
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
Desired Skills:
* Experience using EJB
