-This is an open-ended project in New York, NY and the interview process is resume review and 2 in person interviews.
--The following is required: generate your own QA tools using Selenium, PERL , etc. 3-5 years experience. You should be able to deploy Selenium on an Apache server.
--The client owns and runs a Web 2.0 site. You need to be able to come in and run QA on your own. You will be the only QA person on site. We are not looking for automated testers with Mercury or QTP experience, nor is the client interested in people from large financial companies. Very strong communication skills are critical given the client environment.

Responsibilities
--Work closely with developers in an iterative methodology throughout the SDLC
--Create/maintain automated test framework
--Review functional specifications, develop test plans, write and execute automated and manual test cases
--Identify, track and manage defects
--Solve problems independently

Required skills:
--Hosted web application experience
--Hands-on Selenium experience
--Hands-on scripting experience using Perl, Shell or other scripting languages
