Job Description:
Program Manager for the web reservations team; will be responsible for program managing all projects that involve their web reservations systems (i.e. branded websites -- holidayinn.com; holidayinnexpress.com; intercontinental.com; indigo.com; crowneplaza.com; staybridgesuites.com; candlewoodsuites.com); they will be managing and mentoring 2-3 project managers and while they won't have day-to-day responsibility for managing projects they will be expected to
stay very involved with those projects and know what is going on with all of them; client management skills are very critical in this role as the clients are very involved; they will be responsible for resource allocation, budgeting, expense tracking, etc. using Clarity; they must have prior program management
experience; experience with Clarity isn't required.
