Let's be honest. The market's tight, and pretty much everyone and their mom, mom's mom, mom's mom's neighbour, and the mailman needs an ActionScripter. Guess what, so do our clients. You know the drill. You're developing rich media applications through QA, you're doing production and post maintenance, and you're doing the implementation and completion of development tasks.
Initially, you're not married to the assignment, it's short term - but if they really LOVE you (and the feeling's mutual), who knows what could happen???
Experience? Of course, they need serious hands-on skills here, AND you'll have to prove it (2-5 years of experience would bode well). Sending samples of the stellar work you've done thus far would be a GREAT way to start...if you're hot stuff then get in touch.
