We currently have a client in Florida with the following permanent position:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in building complex Oracle reports that utilize the following: multiple queries, multiple groups and levels of repeating frames, calls to PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions, formula and summary columns, materialized views, format triggers and layout customization, lexical parameters, export to Excel, and report registration in Oracle Applications
***Excellent working experience with at least six of the following modules is desirable: Oracle 11i: GL, AR, AP, CM, OM, Inv, TCA, PO
At least three (3) years experience of solid experience serving in either an implementation or maintenance role for Oracle applications.
Duties
Development of complex Oracle reports that utilize the following: multiple queries, multiple groups and levels of repeating frames, calls to PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions, formula and summary columns, materialized views, format triggers and layout customization, lexical parameters, export to Excel, and report registration in Oracle Applications.
Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards
Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technical development from technical design, unit testing to user testing, to production migration. Emphasize adherence to standards and controls, and conduct quality assurance over programs before migration to production
Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Over 3 years of experience with Oracle applications (11.5.X, AR/AP/GL/PO/INV/HRMS/OM)
• Over 3 years of Oracle Reports 6i
• Discoverer 10g experience is a plus
• Experience in developing AIM methodology
• One full cycle ERP implementation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
