• Deliver complex software components on schedule
• Help lead the evolution of our Java EE/SOA application architecture
• Provide guidance and direction to MAKE's Java EE/SOA standards, policies and best practices
• Work with Product Managers and the Tools group to document, develop and refine our target platform architecture
• Perform technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof-of-concepts
• Design and develop code
• Communicate effectively with developers, QA and clients
