Design and implement J2EE-based applications for a diverse client base;
Work with clients and Revere team members to define, build, test and deploy solutions;
Manage joint client/Revere technical project teams successfully;
Assist clients in establishing their IT platforms and solution architecture;
Responsible for following our software development and project management processes and procedures to the satisfaction of the client and Revere leadership;
Provide energetic leadership to a delivery team that is physically and organizationally distributed to ensure project success;
Provide technical leadership during the selling process to the sales team for quotes, proposals, and general sales pursuit;
Participate in leading the Open Systems practice;
Recommend, develop and implement process improvements;

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years in senior application development role using Java/J2EE and/or Open Source technologies;
Minimum of two years in an application architect role using Java/J2EE and/or Open Source technologies;
Experience with deploying and maintaining mission-critical distributed applications based on Java/J2EE is required;
Familiarity with Ajax
Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
3 -- 5 or more years of experience with IBM WebSphere Commerce (Commerce Programming Framework)
Experience with B2C, customization of stores, catalog design, extended sites, marketing and merchandising
Hands on experience with version 5.4 or later
Extensive experience with JSP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, Servlets, EJB's and Web Services
Extensive experience with Open Source based tools and frameworks such as Eclipse, Spring, Struts, MySQL and Hibernate;
Experience with MVC patterns such as Struts or Spring
Experience with DB2 a plus
Strong knowledge of SQL, Java development best practices and patterns;
Experience managing client relationships and technical teams is required;
Ability to capture requirements and turn them into designs & subsequent implementations is required;
Highly motivated personality, ability to self managed & coordinated with others is required;
Dedication to high customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations is critical;
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills;
Experience using project management and coordination tools is required;
Must be able to travel on a limited basis, typically less than 20%;
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
