The Financial Services Technology (FST) practice within SunGard Consulting Services is a project-based consulting practice that helps its clients build proprietary trading, risk and portfolio management software solutions for Hedge Fund Managers and Investment Banks. Formerly Finetix LLC, our small teams of elite, hands-on developers execute engagements using Agile techniques and work on-site with our clients in New York City, Westchester County NY, Fairfield County CT and Houston, TX.
We also have a growing Media Practice. Currently our Media practice is seeking a UI Web Developer in NYC.
We are seeking a solid UI developer with front end development experience. The candidate should have solid experience with CSS, XHTML, JSP, JavaScript Frameworks and Ajax would be helpful. The candidate should have good client facing abilities and be able to communicate effectively.
The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front end web development work with strong programming abilities.
Candidates should have Extensive experience in:
- XHTML
- CSS
- JSP
- JAVAScript Frameworks
- Ajax (would be helpful)
- Solid understanding of version control concepts and tools.
- Solid understanding of web standards and IA/UI best practices.
- Sitemesh
