OVERVIEW:
Assist in the continued roll out of Ultipro modules, communication and overall system maintenance. Ongoing responsibilities include preparing ad-hoc complex Cognos Reports, security administration, coordinating with Internal Audit and providing technical HRIS support to the organization through the web (Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service).
Provide guidance relating to training for both HR and employees regarding use of system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
System Maintenance -- Set up Work Flows, Org Level Maintenance. Job, Security for both Web and Back Office Password Reset. Termination Security, Maintain views associated with roles, Standard Report availability. Setting up Work Flow, Business Rules, Password maintenance and reset. HTML for the Ultipro Portal (messages and links to MyRadian).
Maintain all HRIS Audit Activity
Develop Complex COGNOS reports that will support our Lines of Business, i.e., Turnover, Headcounts, Change Reports, Compensation Reporting, Performance Management Reporting.
Produce all monthly reports, and any standard reports needed.
Identify ways to improve current processes, assist in developing partnerships with HR leaders and managers, by providing clients with data they need to run their business- Assist in developing metrics/scorecard approach within Radian
Vendor Management -- of Interfaces ensuring that interface data is accurate. Communicate with UltiPro and vendor regarding any issues that may arise
General HR Service Center Duties -- Hotline, E-Mail, Key Data into UltiPro and back up for invoicing process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required.
5-8 years related work experience.
Strong analytical approach.
Ad-hoc reporting using COGNOS reporting package. Excel, Access skills required.
Knowledge of HRIS system and how they work i.e., UltiPro preferred, Ceridian, Peoplesoft, SAP.
Knowledge of overall HR experience, i,e knowledge of benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and HRIS.
Communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to mentor and lead others.
