REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Cisco IOS
- Checkpoint / PIX / firewall support
- Layer 2 LAN switch support (Cisco, Nortel, etc)
- WAN/LAN/MAN troubleshooting
- customer service (able to talk technically and translate to non-technical management)

HIGH WANT:
- multi-lingual (Spanish, Portuguese)
- voice troubleshooting (pbx, exchange, or carrier)
- CCNA, CCIE
