MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking an expert .NET Developer JC6702 with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated programming experience. Minimum of 2+ years experience building Microsoft C# applications with integrated functions passing data to/from Microsoft SQL Databases. Must have experience designing, programming, testing and deployment of moderate to large sized application developed using .NET tools and C#. Must also have experience in Microsoft SQL Server (NET framework). Experience providing maintenance and operations support for application and develop and implement emergency fixes and resolve software/hardware system problem required. Ability to research, document and program solutions/systems using C# in a .NET environment also required.
Experience writing advanced SQL queries and/or stored procedures and working with web based applications (ASP.NET) desired. Knowledge of .NET development essentials in C# from a Microsoft certified training provider and working knowledge of Hyperion report generation desired. Working towards or currently Microsoft Certified application Developer (MCAD) or Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) also desired.
This position will support information systems. You will perform consulting, system design and programming using C#, installation, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or technical support for applications, hardware and software products. Use established work procedures and innovative approaches to complete assignments and coordinate projects such as conducting needs assessments; leading projects; creating installation plans; analyzing and correcting application malfunctions. You will serve as a system administrator; monitor or enhance operating environments; or support, maintain and enhance existing applications. The majority of assignments and projects are moderate in size and impact an agency division or large workgroup or single business function; or internal or satellite operations, multiple users, or more than one group. Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science required.
