MERIDIAN Technology Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst JW6705 with 2 years of asset management experience. Must have 2 years experience with WinRunner. Must also have 2 years experience with technology components and technology hardware. 1 year experience with incident management required. Proficiency in assigned software including full suite of Microsoft Office products also required. Previous application testing experience a big plus. 6 months experience with HP Asset Center highly desired. Good knowledge of SQL queries and relational database experience preferred.
You will administer and fulfill service requests of assigned Network Services Group applications. Create test plans, test cases and other application testing artifacts. Perform IT application testing and coordinate UAT testing efforts. Provide one-on-one and classroom training for the users of the applications. Provide technical service and on call support for application outage when issues are reported, including working with third party vendors to arrive at a resolution. Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills both verbal and written including ability to train and motivate users to use applications.
