Title: Sales - Contract Placement
Job Description:
Must have skills:
1. Must have done US IT Contract Staffing Sales in an India to US and US to US environment successfully.
2. Ability to Market and Sell applicants to IT Tier-1 / Preferred Clients on contract sales is a must.
3. Ability to manage Consultants' expectations while marketing their profiles.
4. Negotiating and finalizing Salary (W2) with Applicant is a must.
5. Ability to manage Clients' expectations while marketing to them.
6. Negotiation and finalizing Rate (W2, Corp-Corp) with Clients Contract positions is a must.
7. Convert Leads to Opportunities and into Accounts by closing positions.
8. Sound ability to liaison with support marketing staff in the office
9. Ability to adapt to new marketing methods.
10. Must be able to negotiate better payment terms that aids Axiom and the consultants working on that project.
11. Handle Post staffing / placement delivery issues.
12. Must be good at collecting payment for pending invoices.
13. Must be good at maintaining relationship with Client for current and future placements.
14. Must be good at maintaining relationship with Consultant for current and future placements.
15. Night shift is a MUST.
Preferred skills:
1. Handling entire Sales process from Lead Generation, researching, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and selling candidates in respect to US Staffing in IT contracting sales is a plus.
2. Ability to Market and Sell applicants to IT Direct Clients on contract sales would be preferred.
3. Proficiency in Sourcing U.S. based Clients for information technology from positions that Match applicants' skill sets.
4. Ability to come up with effective sourcing strategies through Internet Portals is a plus.
5. Ability to write Search Criterion to search in Internet sources is a plus.
6. Ability to use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus
Skill set:
1. Must have 2-3 years of successful experience in US IT staffing industry doing Sales.
2. Ability to understand the requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
3. Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation & team management skills.
4. Very positive mind set
5. Enthusiastic & Go-getter attitude
6. Target oriented
7. Physical US experience is a BIG plus
8. Develop NEW SALES and NOT just do Account Management.
Targets:
1. Must be VERY Target focused.
2. Able to organize a minimum of four 1st round interviews per consultant per day
3. Able to organize a minimum of two final interview per consultant per week
4. Able to deliver a minimum of two placements per month for a minimum of 6 month period consistently
5. Must be able to meet and beat targets.
