I. Overview:
The Senior Programmer Analyst will plan, coordinate and execute the implementation of computer based solutions for JD Edwards' application software. The person in this position will report to the Information Systems Manager.
II. Responsibilities:
1. Provide end user support
2. Troubleshoot and correct data anomalies in JD Edwards
3. Design and write reports using various report writers (SQL and RPG) as requested by internal customers
4. Design solutions within the ERP software environment
5. Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned
III. Requirements:
1. BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
2. Knowledge of AS/400 architecture, OS/400 operating system and proven experience in RPG III, CL, SQL, Open Query and Query/400
3. Minimum 5 years experience with JD Edwards ERP software (Distribution, General Ledger, and Manufacturing)
4. Possess a technical and application understanding of J.D. Edwards World software with focus on Sales Order Management. Financial modules, Inventory Management, Forecasting and Manufacturing
5. Excellent programming and systems analytical skills
6. Physical ability to lift, move or carry minimum of 25 pounds infrequently

1. Extremely well organized
2. Self starter with a high level of motivation
3. Ability to handle large quantity and variety of tasks simultaneously
4. Excellent communications skills both orally and written
5. Ability to work in a team environment with focus on producing results quickly
V. Travel:
10-15%, including International
