This Software Manufacturer is seeking Technical Editors who will be responsible for:
Writing and editing a variety of IT Marcom communications including e-mails, alerts, notifications, newsletters, web content and product and service announcements.
Providing Service Marketing Managers (SMMs) and Managers in IT the support to develop clear and effective communications that will improve client satisfaction.
Ensuring all content is relevant and compelling with client-oriented messaging and clear calls to action.
Proactively recommend and implement content strategies and best practices mapped to our client's IT mission and commitments and branding / visual identity.

Required Skills for this Technical Editor includes the following:
3 - 5 years experience in web writing and editing
Strong grasp of MS products, how they impact customers and what the key customer issues are
Familiarity with MSTP style
Excellent grammar, usage, spelling skills and a keen attention to detail
Able to explain complex issues in a simple and compelling way (crafting communications from concept to delivery)
Experience contributing to complex web projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to form effective partnerships with team members and stakeholders and a talent for negotiation and effective issue resolution
Problem-solving skills: ability to creatively approach challenges and projects and to work effectively both independently and within teams
Project Management skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles, projects and deadlines
Able to complete deliverables amid ambiguity and tight deadlines with limited direction
Online and software product and/or service experience (such as a Live service at Microsoft or E-commerce site like Amazon) a plus
