Responsibilities:
•Work closely with Product Development to transform marketing requirements into specifications; plan and develop the application line through its entire life-cycle.
•Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to Project Management, Resource Management, Personnel Administration and Status Reporting.
•Responsible for participating in Project Design and Technical Specification reviews, not only in area of direct team ownership but across Product Development teams.
Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or relevant equivalent
•2 to 5+ years experience in managing software development teams and/or data warehousing teams.
•Must have prior experience designing and implementing advanced N-Tier systems designed for commercial use.
•Web Technologies experience is required.
•Database technologies experience is required.
•Candidate must have strong C++ & COM experience.
Additional Info:
6-7 person team with a number of senior individuals so it is important this individual be able to push them. 30-50% hands on. They have interviewed a few people and they are either lacking the tech or the personality. It is a high energy team. DBA exposure required SQL a plus!
