Technical Business Analyst
6 Months Contract to hire position in Atlanta, GA
Description:-
A technical BA who has experience working in SOA, Web, Java/J2EE, Oracle environments; They need to understand technology from a project scoping and estimation perspective - they will be responsible for developing the scope and estimates; They will be meeting with VP and Director levels of Operations,
Development, Architecture, QA, and Program Management to scope out (high-level) new initiatives; They'll need to be comfortable calling new people on the phone; They will be taking a lot of meeting notes and synthesizing those notes; They will be validating solutions and building consensus; Their deliverables will NOT be requirements documents - so this isn't a traditional BA role from that perspective; this will more than likely become a contract-to-hire position so only local candidates who are citizens or green card holders will be
considered; communication skills and personality are keys for this role
