As a Division Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the Financial Accounting for various overheads and store regions. You will be able to build relationships with various departments to ensure that the P&Ls are accurately capturing the business from a GAAP perspective as well as report on budget variances.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-P&L review including journal entries to accrue and/or reclassify expenses and revenue
-Account reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts
-Budget analysis and budget rule development for assigned P&L accounts
-Support of and communication with key business owners and FP&A contacts
-Review of SOX narratives and related testing throughout the year
-Budget versus actual analysis
-Forecasting of assigned P&L accounts monthly
-Monthly reporting of financial results for assigned reporting units
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
-Accounting degree (preferred)
-Excel & Access (preferred)
