In this challenging full-time role you will be given the opportunity to manage multiple Web Servers and Web Server Infrastructures, including Microsoft IIS and Apache Servers. Also, you will provide input for requirements, design, implementation planning, and implementation of multiple types of web servers including Internet, Extranet, and Intranet service points.
As a Web Server Administrator, you will use your prior experience in this role to:
** Supply assistance to the Line of Business in troubleshooting new applications or enhancements to current applications
** Work with System Architecture to provide the best solutions for our client and their customers.
** Implements/Creates new web server solutions into existing environment and/or Implements/Changes existing web server solutions in the existing environment
** Assist in planning/testing/implementing the Disaster Recovery procedures
** Review architectural designs submitted by the Line of Business to ensure compliance with corporate standards and to provide recommendations to improve application stability and redundancy
This is a great opportunity for an experienced (3-7+ years), degreed (BA, BS) Web Server Administrator. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding with IIS 5/6 Server, ASP/.NET, Website/Email Hosting and Windows 2003 Server experience. In addition, you will need familiarity with MySQL, cPanel, Ensim, Helm, Plesk, and other web related applications and/or utilities?
