Picture yourself being responsible for working with a team of seasoned, information technology leads from multiple IT departments that are tasked with preventing, mitigating and/or reducing negative audit findings pertaining to IT General Controls. The IT Controls Lead will work directly with IT Controls Program Manager in the design of end-to-end program delivery of multiple IT controls projects, ensuring formal processes and good project management practices are followed, creation and coordination of action plans, and dashboard reporting. This position serves as an IT liaison to other business units, specifically Internal Audit and SOX PMO, for all IT projects pertaining to the management, mitigation and training of IT General Controls.
As an IT Controls Lead, you will use your prior experience in this role to:
* Work with Program Manager and IT Policy and Procedure Manager to develop and manage the SOX policies, standard procedures and enforcement processes to enable compliance with SOX control requirements.
* Educates and/or provides training to new project team members as needed to ensure consistency of approach and knowledge base as it pertains to IT General Controls.
* Assist with the planning and execution of IT management's internal controls assessment in accordance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced (4+ years), degreed (BA, BS), certified (CISA, CISSP, CCNA, GLAC, CCSA, CCSE, etc.) professional. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding in Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
