The client is looking to fill a direct hire full time position of Technical Analyst/Writer in South-West Houston.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Analyst will be responsible for the technical documentation activities on multiple concurrent projects and participates in the entire development lifecycle. The candidate will actively monitor the ongoing technical documentation needs of each of the project teams and works collaboratively to implement solutions. Additionally, the technical analyst will assist in the design, prototype, and transition of projects to the support and customer service realms.
Duties
Participate in business requirements and software design reviews
Evaluate project requests
Create technical specifications
Manage/structure the documentation
Transition to support and customer service teams
Requirements
Knowledge of relational databases with a basic understanding of SQL.
Proficiency in writing Technical documentation (2+ years)
Working knowledge of Visual Basic, XML, .ASP, .NET
Knowledge of Mortgage Industry a plus
