Technical skills required (at least one strong point for each of the following items)
- Experience in regular web design preferably using Dreamweaver and other web design tools such as Flash , Photoshop
- Knowledge of at least one web application, development language or programming language such as PHP, ASP/Visual studio, Java
- Knowledge of SQL queries and databases such as: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
Optional Technical Skills
- Hosting environment: setup and configuration of IIS, Apache, FTP server, database engine and windows or linux environment in general.

- SEO skills
On the project management side, candidate should be capable of:
- Gathering project requirements and writing functional and technical specifications
- Project budget and timeline follow up
Other skills:
- Capable of handling multiple projects at the same time with different priority level
- Must be capable of working under pressure
- Needs to be able to work independently and/or with minimum guidelines
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Must be able to deal with client in a highly professional manner
