The Exchange Network Technician will assist in the monitoring, troubleshooting, support and reporting of Azaleos Oneserver customer network environments.
Proactively contact customers in the event of a problem
Troubleshoot and assist customers to perform an remediation steps necessary when problems are realized
Deploy patches to multiple customer networks
Aid in the stability testing of prerelease patches
Perform system health checks
Assist in the development and maintenance of system architecture and operations documentation
Support the architecture and integration of messaging solutions
Monitor multiple customer networks and systems
