TRIRIGA APPLICATION LEAD
This position is a key role on the implementation team for a leading facility management consulting company.
You will have ownership of and responsibility for providing advanced TRIRIGA application support to a project or client from both an application and database perspective.
The TRIRIGA Application Lead is responsible for all aspects of application functionality and system deliverables. He or she has substantive experience in individual application database structure and user interfaces. Responsible for extending and maintaining theTRIRIGA software. This role requires customer focus, a deep understanding of the IWMS products, and an outstanding level of technical proficiency.
The Tririga Application Lead should possess the following skills:
• Ability to identify and capture detailed technical requirements, assess client IT infrastructure aptitude, perform existing systems analysis, and identify key players at a client site who can champion technical process change. (5+ years)
• Complete understanding of relational and object oriented database structures, data associations, data mining, and data archiving. Knowledge of IWMS product and supporting database installation procedures, troubleshooting, and issue mitigation. (5+ years)
• Solid understanding of all supporting IWMS middleware including functional details, installation routines, and configuration on respective platform. Adequate knowledge of AutoCAD and polyline to database linking.
• Excellent writing skills for RFI & RFP responses, proposal work, and required technical documentation. Previous experience with CAD & data standards formulation and data dictionaries is highly desired. (5+ years)
• Work with users in designing moderately complex application systems or portions of complex application systems.
• Prepare cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions.
• Install or maintain complex applications systems or complex software packages, which require knowledge of interfaces and of the impact on users.
• Install and maintain operating systems software in a medium to large computing center, e.g., operating systems, and database software.
• TAB certification is a huge plus
Education and Experience Required:
BA, BS (Architecture, Engineering, or Computer Science)
The Tririga Application Lead should have advanced to expert skills with the following:
• Tririga Momentum 9.x (5+ years)
• Windows Server 2k3 (3 years)
• Windows IIS (3 years)
• TOAD (5+ years)
• SQL querying & Server (5+ years)
• Crystal Reports (2-3 years)
• CAD Integrator (1-2 years)
• BOMA standards (2-3 years)
• IFMA standards (2-3 years)
