Facilities management leader is currently seeking a Project Manager to manage moderate to large-size projects for a single practice area, to ensure customer satisfaction, quality delivery and optimal profitability
Minimum requirements:
• 3 years' experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Project Manager
• 4-7 year's project delivery experience
• 3 years' P&L accountability
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and excellent administrative skills
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field
Organization Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple related project simultaneously
• Manage expectations of client executives
• Participates in marketing and selling of projects.
• Able to assist in the development of proposals.
• Monitors and adjusts teamwork effort to meet schedule and budget
• Manage results driven by company business strategy
• Review and approve projects budgets
• Mentor, coach and develop project managers
Technical Responsibilities:
• Experienced in Tririga Software Application (version 9i preferred)
• Experience with database management, CAD, spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and presentation tools
• Experience in developing work process responses to unique client demands requiring multiple tools
• Experience in MS Project and other office suite modules
• Identify software parameters and work with in CIFM Technology to create application responses to client
Business Responsibilities:
• Maximize the service revenue and billable efficiency
• Manage cost of technical staff within budget
• Forecast revenue and resources
• Coordinate between divisions
• Responsible for employee development, tactical training decisions
• Monitor overall quality of all technical delivery client satisfaction
• Management of outsourced vendor contracts to meet established Client requirements
• Monitor and report the performance of vendors and consultants
• Understands professional standards, codes BOMA-IFMA
Development Responsibilities:
• Pursue PMI Certification.
• Ongoing participation in PMI organization and other relevant continuing education activities
• Participation in forums, committees such as IFMA, Corenet and task forces concerning issues relevant to the goals and direction of company
Position requires 15-50% travel. Prefer candidates local to the West Palm Beach, Florida area but will consider candidates across the US.
