Overview
As a Network Technician you will be required to handle day-to-day hardware, software and network support requirements, for both internal and external clients. A strong knowledge of the latest Microsoft desktop, server operating systems, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix and Blackberry is required. You must be fluent in English and have excellent oral and written communication skills. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and problem solve.

Responsibilities:
• Attend pre and post sales meetings at the client site with sales executive
• Understand and document clients' current network configurations and issues
• Work with sales to develop solutions and prepare proposals
• Active Directory and MS Exchange 2003 Support and Implementation
• Maintain Blackberry Enterprise Server
• Maintain and monitor Symantec Antivirus Corp and Veritas Backup Exec
• Install and support both server and desktop software
• Develop an effective working relationship with off-site clients










Skills and Experience:

Required Skills*
*Applicants must have experience with the following:
• Experience in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP, RADIUS, etc.
• Exchange 2003/2007
• Experience with Microsoft Office Enterprise Applications
• Knowledge of Cisco and 3Com Routers
• LAN/WAN connectivity including firewalls and VPN routers

Desirable Skills
Experience with any of the following is preferred:
• Clustering in Windows Server 2003
• SQL Server 2000/2005
• MS Sharepoint 2003/2007
• MS CRM 1.2
• Window Small Business Server
• BizTalk


Education and Certifications:
• Technology Diploma from an accredited institution (required)
• Certifications -- CCNA, MCSE, MCSA (desired)
