Skills and Experience:
Thorough knowledge of Windows environments.
Demonstrated knowledge of a large variety of software programs including email, Microsoft Office, statistical applications, as well as spreadsheet and database applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft networking techniques.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in a professional manner with faculty, staff and students.
Demonstrated ability to work in an effective and organized manner in a complex and challenging environment.
Strong research and computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Education and Certifications:
The successful candidate will have/ working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience in supporting academic computing needs within a networked environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
