Position Title: Senior Level Account Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Reports To: SENIOR PARTNER
Description: The incumbent will join the Chicago Financial Services Practice and focus on managing and executing the account expansion strategy established by the Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a strategy to continue or expand involvement with the client
· Educate the client on the company capabilities, offerings, and overall value proposition
· Monitor financial reports and resolve financial issues
· Assist in strategy and planning of project management infrastructure
· Oversee quality assurance and successful delivery of engagements
· Identify and monitor contract terms and conditions that affect the project
· Perform budget delivery and management reviews
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Information Technology background with an understanding of the consulting business
3. Proven success in selling project-based consulting services to existing client base within the insurance industry
4. Proven track record in achieving an annual new business revenue target of $4 million
5. Experience negotiating and managing client contracts (SOW's, LOE's)
6. Knowledge and competency of the insurance industry
7. Prior IT Project Management experience and solid client relationship management skills
