Our company is a custom web-based application development firm looking for versatile Full-time software developers. Developers must be motivated, self-disciplined and have the ability to perform various levels of client/project management when necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should be very flexible, intuitive, and capable of operating under a number of time sensitive situations. This position requires the highest level of customer satisfaction through web technologies. Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives are crucial. Developer will work from the comforts of their home. Some company meetings and possible client visits will be required. Responsibilities will include leading or assisting project managers in determining client requirements, assisting in creating proposals, technical design, Software development, testing, implementation, and support of custom web applications. Developer must be able to work independently as well as a team member with developers, clients, and management. Some of these positions will consist of the full life cycle of project management, client interaction, and development. We specialize in web-based applications and intranets using the latest technologies. We are assisting companies from small to fortune sized. Developer must be very organized and in most cases, able to manager multiple projects. A strong analytical sense and knowledge of business in general will play a large part of this position.
Required Skills:4+ years of Cold Fusion,SQL.Programming experience with SQL Server. Creating tables, indexes and writing stored procedures.Ability to estimate project labor hours. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills to include both verbal and written.High level of attention to detail.
