SUMMARY:
The Sr. BSA - SAP CRM is responsible for the planning, testing, and configuration of SAP modules supporting sales and marketing. He/she maintains the current system and is assigned complex global projects requiring significant integration with other areas. He/she will routinely handle multiple systems in addition to SAP duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Process Analysis ---
* Works with process lead and other BSAs in analysis and decomposition of current business processes, performs scripting exercises, and designs ERP system to support these processes.
Business Systems Software Configuration ---
* Assists process owner in design of system software; responsible for overall configuration of systems software
* Leads the design of reports, forms, interfaces, custom programs, and conversions.
Unit & Integration Testing ---
* Executes unit and integration testing of business systems software
* Performs testing, makes changes in configuration based on results, and resolves errors
* Coordinates and tests other systems in areas outside of designated function (i.e., SD, MM, PP, HR, FI/CO).
Training & Documentation ---
* Develops and delivers training to end users of assigned module(s)
* Assists in process identifications and documentation of system tasks
* Provides leadership and direction to less experienced BSAs on various processes including analysis, testing and integration, and system configuration activities.
Project Management ---
* Provides leadership for design/development of reports, forms, interfaces, and conversions related to complex projects with global scope
* May evaluate non-SAP applications being considered at the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
* 5+ yrs general business exp (sales and/or marketing)
* 5 yrs SAP design and development exp
* 4 yrs exp with SAP's CRM modules (account/contact management, interaction center, opportunity management, marketing campaign management)
* Understanding of CRM's integration with other modules (BW, SD & EP specifically)
* Functional knowledge of BW, SD & EP modules
* Exp coordinating support and project activities in a global environment
* Strong project management skills requiring organization of resources, project planning & managing project budget
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to identify, champion, and manage improvements to current processes (best practices)
* Capacity to mentor peers and contractors, providing expert technical direction and advice on analysis approach
* Supervisory exp desirable
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Must have exp working across all organizational layers.
