Responsibilities:
· Managing the progress and execution of product development cycles
· Product life cycle management including product requirements specifications (features, business model, economics, schedule), feature prioritization, planning, product development support, and commercial performance optimization, product portfolio management, business case analysis, product planning, and product roadmaps
· Simultaneously administering multiple products (including vendor and project management)
· Collaboration with inter-departmental product teams in product definition and development to ensure product objectives (features, milestones, schedules, reviews, etc.)
· Commercial product execution, pricing guidance, product expertise for pre/post sales support, and creation of collateral materials
· Coordinating with multiple engineering and development teams.
· Defining product requirements and managing resources for all distribution technologies
· Ensuring product success and its positive impact on the sale and serviceability of the product as a whole
· Continuous strategic and tactical assessment of opportunities, customer requirements, market and technology trends, competition, and performance related to product initiatives and business objectives
Job Requirements:
· Must have strong organizational skills and cool under pressure
· Must have strong multitasking, follow through, and follow up skills
· Experience in PC, Windows environment is required.
· Microsoft Word and Excel experience required. Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Access skills are a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Highly desirable are the following:
· Exposure to technology / technology marketing a must
· Previous experience owning and managing client relationships from a delivery perspective
· Exposure to interactive/wireless media
· Project management training and experience
· College graduate, preferably a top school. MBA a plus.
· Preferred technical knowledge/skills include:
· Website development lifecycle, including establishing scope, estimating and completing a project plan based on requirement gathering with combined client and internal team members, development, QA, client testing and rollout.
· Tech-savvy early adopters of mobile technology
