Currently, a client of ours in Malvern, PA is looking for a Web/Dashboard Developer to join their creative team. This is a chance to be part of one of the fastest growing companies in the Philadelphia area.
More Specifically, the successful candidate will:
-Work with project management and subject matter experts to design/develop web products and ensure successful launch of short and long term initiatives.
-Manage current outsource vendors and product development.
-Lead technical analysis for projects: providing technical estimates of time, resources, and costs.
-Responsible for all source code control, unit testing, and deployment of code to beta, staging, and deployment.
-Define, implement, and maintain software development lifecycle, best practices, and documentation.
-Assist with providing 24 X 7 support of web site.
-Perform hands-on technical work related to bug/issue resolution and general web development.
-Perform hands-on development of .net, SharePoint and sql queries.
-Lead technical design upgrades, process improvement, system architecture and insertion lab testing.
-Coordinate lab resources, scheduling, and software/web update testing.
-Coordinate project schedules and priorities with Division PMO.
-Coordinate IT project schedules and priorities with IT group.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Minimum Requirements
-5 years experience scoping, designing and coding complex technical projects.
-College Degree or equivalent experience.
-Extensive experience with all Microsoft Office applications, including very strong Excel, Microsoft Project and Visio skills.
-Skilled in developing web products.
-Experience working with Web Content Management systems, Digital Asset Management, Web 2.0, social media streaming video.
-Hands on experience with Flash, Action Script, JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.Net 2.0 C# and SQL.
-Experience with SQL Server 2005.
-Experience with Search Engine optimization and web analytics.
-Experience with Video Ad Technology.
-Ability to work in fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
-Excellent oral, written, and presentation based communication skills.
-Extensive analytical problem-solving skills.
-Skill in developing, projecting, and meeting budget goals.
