Currently, a client of ours in the Reading area, is looking for a Sr. .NET Developer with Sharepoint experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
This position is to join a team tasked with migrating Lotus Notes databases over to a newly implemented Sharepoint Platform. "Out-of-box" knowledge and experience with Sharepoint is required, as the successful candidate will be tasked with creating the target Sharepoint sites for the migration. The successful candidate will also attend strategy meetings and meet with the various business units for requirements gathering.
More specifically:
**Identify and design SharePoint sites for Notes applications being migrated to the SharePoint platform
**Design target SharePoint site
**Develop target SharePoint site
**Develop InfoPath form template as needed
**Develop SharePoint workflows as needed
**Develop SharePoint features as needed
**Build new web parts as needed
**Write ASP.NET code as needed
Skills
**(6 ** 8 yrs development experience) at least 3 with .NET and at least 6-9 months in Sharepoint Workflow experience
**MOSS 2007 design and development experience
**SharePoint feature development and deployment
**InfoPath design and development
**SharePoint workflow development -- MUST HAVE
**SharePoint web part development
**C# programming skill - MUST HAVE
**ASP.NET programming - MUST HAVE
**Demonstrated Leadership abilities - must be a self starter and take lead on assigned tasks with little to no supervision
