We are a startup based out of Los Angeles, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Java developer to assist in development and support of an on-going client/server application (RIA). The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills. Your exact responsibilities will be directly determined by your ability to adapt, effectively communicate, and demonstrate both high and low level OOP ideas and techniques. Our company is relatively small and this is an opportunity to get involved with a well financed startup in its early stages. Again we are looking for OO programmers with a strong background in java and people interested in learning emerging RIA technologies.
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ years of Professional OO experience (java or C/C++)
1+ years of LAMP development
A BS in Computer Science or higher
Based in Los Angeles (Downtown)
If you have recently graduated please be prepared to show work programming samples and demonstrate through the interview process your ability to communicate and desire to learn.
