Migration of client's DB2 Database from ZOS Mainframe to AIX/UDB Environment Along With Modifying Existing Applications to run against AIX/DB2
There are eight (8) positions that will be posted under the contingent labor category. This posting is for the five (5) Level II DBAs.
Our client wants to contract for services to provide a complete migration of the DB2 database from a ZOS mainframe (DB2 version 7) to an AIX UDB DB2 environment (DB2 version 9). This effort will also include making and testing modifications to our DB2 production applications to allow them to run on the AIX DB2 database platform. The Applications are written in Delphi and .Net. We are seeking three (3) Level 3 Database Administrators and five (5) Level 2 Database administrators -- Contact Larry Gaither for additional information.
