Each proposed individual's résumé must show relevant and recent experience performing the role and responsibilities of the PPM or PM including, but not limited to:
1. PPM Specific:
a. The proposed candidate shall possess an active certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent project management certification body. For non-certified candidates, the resume must describe and demonstrate the candidate's project management knowledge and experience on large complex Information Technology (IT) projects, totaling a minimum of ten (10) years (120 months). The description must include:
) Cost of the project(s);
2) Strategic or business significance of the project;
3) The candidate's role on each project;
4) An overall description of the candidate's knowledge and experience with project portfolio management principles, concepts, and practices.
5) The proposed candidate shall possess a Bacherlor's or equivalent university degree. While a university degree is preferred, for those candidates without a degree, the resume must describe the candidate's knowledge and experience with IT concepts and principles, including IT project life cycles, system development life cycles, and a broad range of IT experience, including State of California government policies and practices.
b. The candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years of broad and extensive project management experience with related complex IT systems and integration projects.. At least five (8) years of the experience must have been in a lead capacity.
c. Project Portfolio Manager must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in managing a program of projects and act as a mentor to the project manager(s).

This project will purchase, modify and install an Enterprise Resource Planning system for financial, human resource, procurement/contract management.
Consolidated Information Technology Infrastructure Program:
This project will triple the size of the data communications network (adding 21,000 new connections), increase network bandwidth and replace 3270 terminals with PCs
Strategic Offender Management System:
This project will replace or integrate almost all existing manual or automated offender management systems and extend system availability to 9,400 users.
EdFirst:
This project will automate the education processes for adult and juvenile inmates including creating and storing electronic records.
Discharged Offender Record Management System:
This project will automate the records management of inmates by storing and retrieving.

Automated Collection Enhancement System:
Will allow employers to make electronic payments for billed liabilities and payment proposals, increase the compliance and accuracy of taxes and data by establishing non-audit related liabilities prior to the year-end reconciliation, and provide customers with timely information related to their account payment history
Disability Insurance Automation:
Will automate Disability Insurance claim filing by implementing 'smart Internet claim forms' along with other functionality.
Unemployment Insurance Modification:
Will allow EDD customers to submit certifications for Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits via the Internet or the telephone. This project will also replace the EDD' current UI call center platform and will greatly increase the EDD' ability to handle its call volumes.
Web Based Claim Filing:
Will develop an intranet based unemployment insurance (UI) claim filing system to streamline the UI claim filing process.

International Registration Plan System Replacement:
This project will replace the DMV's existing obsolete computer system for processing International Registration Plan (IRP) registrations with a commercial off-the-shelf IRP software package.
Information Technology Modernization:
This project will incrementally upgrade the DMV core systems and processes over a seven year timeframe by modernizing all components of the existing Driver License, Vehicle Registration, and Occupational Licensing legacy systems applications and programs, transactions processing and database architecture using more current and easier to support technologies.
Real ID:
This project will enable the DMV to begin meeting the federal requirements of the Real ID Act by expanding its current driver license identification system name filed and enhance system testing capabilities. .Additionally, the DMV will move business transactions to the Internet through the use of commercial-off-the-shelf web site infrastructure products combined with custom-developed web services

This project will replace the existing legacy Case Management, Information Payrolling System that handles case management a payrolling services for caregivers providing In=Home Supportive Services for qualified aged, blind, and disabled individuals.
Child Welfare Services/Case Management System:
This project will replace the current CWS/CMS with a new system that meets all federal Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System requirements.
Vital Records Image Redaction and Statewide Access:
This project will provide statewide access by authenticated users to digital birth and death records (vital records) via the Internet.
Web Confidential Morbidity Report:
This project will automate existing manual processes using a Web-based Modified
Off-the-Shelf application and back-end database that will support the Confidential Morbidity Report reporting and management.
