Split of 6 Resource skill sets:
2 strong individuals in SAP Controlling - 1 with conversion experience, very analytical, proactive
2 strong individuals in SAP A/P - 1 with Conversion experience, very analytical, proactive
1 strong individual in SAP G/L - with previous Special Ledger IMPLEMENTATION experience (not just support) again very analytical & proactive.
1 SAP ALE Technical resource with indepth knowledge of SAP EDI and ALE.
All above resources should be strong in communication and should able to manage customer's expectations
Interaction: Customer interaction
Complexity/Problem Solving: Able to solve complex problem in SAP implemementation
